First ever to Bangkok Thailand

While surfing Air Asia website, I was almost falling chair to see their 1,000,000 free seats promo again this year. I had booked the ticket to Gold Coast last year through this promo too, so I’d not try to miss it this time.

I don’t know on why I visited the web at the first place, but still who would not excited to see the cheap ticket fare offered by them; even we need to purchase it at least 6 – 12 months ahead, but for me, I’s still worth to buy. If by happened, we need to cancel our trip or something has to stop us for going, at least we don't really regret. It's better if you can have something good than to risk losing it by the time you want it so badly. A bird in hand is worth two in a bush.

I closed my eyes and open it very wide this time, took a deep breath, called my sister, called my friends, called my sister again, hang the phone… put it back (I can’t find correct button to press), called my sister again, my sister called me... refresh the website and oh no! no! no!... most of the cheap fare has gone. Other people already purchase it. Why they were so fast? Or was I too slow?

I want to go all the places; I still have a time to save my money for the trip in one year. If I save RM500 a month, then I should have RM6,000 in total. But where I can go in RM6,000? Indonesia? Thailand? Australia? Vietnam? Malaysia? If I can save my meal & shopping budget, I think I can save even more. –__-

Suddenly my sister called up “do you still remember that we will be going to Gold Coast in May?”

Duhh… I need more money for this trip too. A.lot.of.money.for.shopping.at.factory.outlet. Get it wrong this time. Wrong timing and wrong investment plan.

So end up we were headed to Bangkok Thailand with RM250 return fare inclusive of luggage & insurance coverage. Ouww. Not too bad for the first time traveler to Bangkok, even more with the long list of nicest & cheap hotel to stay, the best SPA in town to pamper myself, the shopping outlets and the cheap shop to get AAA replica branded & designer handbag (I got Marc Jacob handbag for RM150 -__-).

Blur but i love this photo

I had myself a few garments as I didn’t bring anything to wear except the outfits that I was wearing from KL to Bangkok, but still I don’t really into it so much. Why? Because I can get it all in KL. I don’t mind to buy them if the quality of the material and the needlework is equivalent to the price that I paid, but they were NOT at all. So, thank God too for the other attractions in Bangkok.

Before I go, my friends kept advising me to watch the Thai Girl show in Bangkok. They guaranteed me the best show in town. Swear to God, I don’t really know how it’s look alike. In my mind, this should be some traditional show to promote Thailand tourism. The place must go like a Japan & Korea forcing all the tourists to visit their herb shops.

I went. I watched. I surprised.

Those who are living in cave like me (because my friend claimed that I am living in cave to not knowing how Thai Girl show in Thailand is look alike), Thai Show is a naked shows done by a group of Thai girls and they even had sex on the stage! But one thing that I was surprise and speechless to see when the girls use their own *&#$@ to open a bottle cover, to blow the balloon, to drink (by straw) and they even can put blade and something sharp inside it. Errr…didn’t they hurt?

I manage to stay for the show about 5 minutes only before I wanted to vomit. But still a lot of people keep watching it till to the end. For sure, I’m not going to this again in future. Sorry girls, you had lost one fan, not because you are not attractive enough, but what you were doing is sucksssss.

For women out there, please, everything personal tries to keep it to you & husband only and I reminded myself also now.

We were supposed to go to Floating Market, but we had cancelled it since the journey will take about 2 hours from Bangkok. End up; we just spending time in Bangkok town itself. Taking photos, massages, manicure & pedicure and shopping.

I’m not really like Bangkok, but the tom yam sup makes me wonder so much. If I have a chance to visit Bangkok again, I am pretty sure it’s because of the tom yam which I adore it like no others. -___-
