My Family Trip to Langkawi

My previous visit to Langkawi was on 2008 during my birthday and I went there again with 80% of my family members on the last school holiday. That was not easy task to handle bunch of people who never been to Langkawi and to treat them well throughout the trip because most of them are my elders in the family. But thank God, they gave us a good compliment at the end of the trip. *flip my hair*.

We managed to bring them to all the attraction places in Langkawi but most of the time we had run out the time and only been to the places in short while only. Again, not easy to handle so many travelers, some of them were super slow, some love to take longer time to shop and some were happy to make a few trips to toilet every time when we just about to leave.

But for sure, we were happy during the trip. Make some jokes (most of the time hehehe), taking pictures with some ugly posses, having typical Malay meal which contains full of carbohydrate and cholesterol, dress well and put on makeup even just for the short stop to the beach side and making a ‘show’ session for the chocolate and kitchen utensils that we bought to each other with some typical words can be heard everywhere “wei, what do you buy?” “How much do you buy this?” “How come I don’t see this” “I should go and get this tomorrow”.

Before we went there and during the journey, I felt uneasy. I didn’t know what was it but after hubby fell down and broken his left arm at the swimming pools of our rented apartment in Langkawi; I knew that I should have taken extra careful whenever I felt that way. But some say, something happen is out of our control.

I had almost 5 hours ‘honeymoon’ time at the Langkawi hospital. I don’t want to talk about the service here as I know that all of us have had the ‘nice’ experience with the Gov hospital.

Hubby supposedly to be admitted and operate straight away due to his conditions. But, nobody wants to be admitted far from the house right? Especially when we know that the place is not really easy access onto land. So the Doctor advice him to go for the healing, at least it well help him to reduce the movement of the bone.

Me: Doc said he will be healing your arm, so that it will reduce the pain before you go back and do the operation in KL.
Hubby: Yeay, I can go for cable car tomorrow….
Me: Duhh.

The next day, he still followed us to finish the trip. I knew he was in pain, but he trying his best to bring my family around as he promised. May God bless him for this. If I was him, I was pretty sure that I’ll be in the first flight back to KL on the next morning or I’ll be screaming and crying the whole day and night for the pain and more for not being able to shop at Langkawi hehehehe. But still, luckily it wasn’t me.

I got the new beach hat again! Same pattern but in the different color, this time is in red. It damn cool girls. So the old one I had given to my sis.

Bye bye blue hat
